All purchases made through Echelon X are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or incorrect size due to an error on our end, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Echelon X is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Echelon X is not responsible for replacement or refund.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to our fast order processing times.

Chargebacks

By placing an order with Echelon X, you agree to this policy. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after agreeing to these terms may result in the dispute being challenged with the evidence of this policy and your order confirmation.
